Your data

• Account: your name, email address, a hashed password (we never see the password itself) and, if you add it, your Telegram username.
• Orders and payments: what you ordered, prices, discount codes, your balance history, and the transaction IDs of crypto payments.
• Support chat: the messages and images you send in the live chat, and the name you give (optional — guests can chat without one).
• Technical: your IP address for a short time, to stop abuse such as password guessing and spam.

Every image you send is re-saved by our server before it is stored. This removes hidden data such as the GPS location phone cameras write into photos. Images can only be opened through the private conversation link.

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for your cart and your support-chat link. No advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics. Fonts and icons load from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which see your IP address like any website you visit.

To run your account, take and deliver your orders, confirm payments, answer you in support, and keep the service safe. We do not sell or share customer data. We do not send newsletters.

Crypto payments are recorded on a public blockchain by their nature. Our hosting provider stores the site's data on our behalf. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.

Account and order records are kept while your account exists and for as long as needed for accounting. Support conversations can be deleted at any time — ask us and we remove them for both sides. Delivered files may be removed from our server after delivery.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to close your account, in the live chat or on Telegram, @leadsfreshdb.

Passwords are hashed, every form is protected against cross-site requests, prices are checked on the server, and delivered files are only given to their owner.
