Fair refunds

Ask for the free 200-number sample before you order, so you can check the format and the quality on your own campaign.

If your order has not been delivered yet, ask us to cancel it: a balance payment goes straight back to your balance, a crypto payment is returned to your balance or, on request, to a wallet address you give us (minus network fees).

Once a file is delivered it cannot be "returned", so we do not refund delivered lists because a campaign did not perform. We do fix our mistakes: if the file is for the wrong country, filter or network operator, or holds clearly fewer numbers than ordered, tell us within 7 days and we replace the missing part or refund it to your balance.

Money on your balance never expires and can be spent on any order. If you close your account, unused balance can be returned to a wallet you name (minus network fees), unless the account was closed for breaking our terms.

Underpaid crypto payments can be completed by sending the difference; overpayments are added to your balance. Payments sent on the wrong network or to an old address may be impossible to recover.
