The rules

Leads Fresh DB prepares lists of phone numbers filtered to your order — by country, network operator and filter (age and gender, business accounts, device, RCS, profile photo). Lists are delivered as files in your account.

You need an account to order. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the free sample or try to get around our checks.

Prices are shown per 1,000 numbers, with volume discounts on larger orders. The price is fixed when you place the order and is recalculated on our server — a price changed in your browser is never accepted. Discount codes have their own limits and expiry dates.

You pay in cryptocurrency or from your account balance. A crypto payment counts once the full amount reaches our wallet on the network you chose; send the exact amount shown and include network fees. Payments sent to a wrong network or address cannot be recovered. Balance top-ups are not cash and cannot be withdrawn, except as described in the refund policy.

We prepare each list after payment is confirmed and put it in your account under My orders. The delivery time depends on the country, filter and size; we tell you if an order will take longer than usual.

You are responsible for how you use the numbers you buy, and for following the laws of the countries you work in and send to — including data-protection, consent and anti-spam rules for calls, SMS and messaging apps. You must not use our lists for fraud, scams, phishing, threats, harassment or any other illegal purpose. We refuse service and close accounts when we see such use.

One free sample of up to 200 numbers per customer, to check the quality before you order. Samples are for testing only.

We work hard to make every list accurate and fresh, but phone numbers change hands and settings every day, so we cannot promise that every number is reachable or that a campaign will bring results. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms that applied when you placed them.

Questions about these terms: write to us in the live chat on this site or on Telegram, @leadsfreshdb.
