Buying guide
Fresh vs old phone lists
Two lists can have the same country, the same size and the same price — and give completely different results. The difference is usually age. A phone list starts losing value the day it is made, and a list that has been sold again and again loses it faster.
Why numbers go dead
- People change numbers. A new job, a new country, a cheaper plan — and the old number is gone.
- Prepaid SIMs expire. When a prepaid number is not used or topped up for a while, the operator takes it back, and later gives it to someone else. Your "55+ woman" may now be a 20-year-old.
- Numbers move networks. Number porting keeps the number but changes the operator, so a list filtered by network gets less accurate over time.
- Businesses close or change hands. A salon or café on a B2B list from two years ago may no longer exist.
- Messaging accounts change. Device, app and profile details — the things filters like iPhone, RCS or profile photo are built on — change when people switch phones.
The second problem: resold lists
A list that has been sold to dozens of buyers has also been messaged by dozens of senders. The people on it are tired of offers, quick to report spam and slow to reply. You pay for numbers that someone else has already burned.
Signs of a tired list
- A huge quantity at a price that seems too good — millions of numbers for a few euros.
- Long runs of consecutive numbers (+447700900001, …002, …003): generated, not collected.
- Mixed formats, missing country codes, landlines in a "mobile" list, duplicates.
- No way to test before paying, and no answer to "when was this list made?"
- A "seniors" or "business" filter the seller cannot explain.
How to test any list
- Ask for a free sample with the exact filter you plan to buy — not a generic one.
- Check the file: one format, right country code, no duplicates, no obvious sequences.
- Send a small, honest test — a few hundred messages with a clear sender and an opt-out — and look at what comes back: delivery reports, replies, opt-outs.
- Check the filter: does a business list get answers from businesses? Do replies on a 55+ list sound like the right age group?
- Only then scale, and buy what you can use in the next few weeks — a list sitting in a folder for six months is ageing too.
How we handle it
Every list is prepared when you order it, filtered for one campaign — age, business, iPhone, RCS, profile photo or network — and delivered as a clean TXT file in international format. And you can test first: 200 numbers free with the filter you want.
Questions & answers
How long does a phone list stay fresh?
There is no fixed date — it depends on the country and on how often the list has been used. As a rule, use a list within weeks of buying it, not months, and buy again rather than keep a big stock.
Why do some numbers on a list not receive messages?
The number may have been given up, recycled to someone new, or moved to another network; the phone may also be switched off or out of coverage at that moment.
Can I test a list for free?
Yes — ask for 200 free numbers with your country and filter on Telegram or in the live chat.
